Our objective is to promote Biodiversity through the use of wild plant seeds, with the aim of naturalizing and improving the environmental quality of urban spaces. We offer customized seed compositionsof wild plants, annuals and perennials, of native origin.

Natural Meadows

They are seed compositions for the creation of flowering meadows of varied and staggered flowering and prolonged in time, to be used in different areas of urban gardening and urban landscaping. They are particularly suitable for developing, maintaining
and increase biodiversity in cities.

This is a more economical and environmentally sustainable alternative to the use of seasonal flowers or lawn maintenance in lightly used areas.

ConsiderationsFor the creation of flowering meadows it is very important to avoid the use of other mixtures with non-native and exotic invasive plants.

Flowers for flowerbeds, flowerbeds and urban gardens

These are specially designed compositions of native wildflower seeds (annuals and perennials), of great hardiness, intended for revegetating flowerbeds, flowerbeds and small urban spaces to beautify them and provide them with biodiversity. They attract auxiliary fauna and pollinators (bees, butterflies, etc.) using flowers of wild species with staggered flowering and varied colors. They are especially indicated for the creation of biodiversity in urban and periurban gardening.

Green roofs and green roofs (bioclimatic architecture)

Green roofs help improve livability and promote biodiversity in cities. They reduce the need for air conditioning because they can cool the interior temperature significantly (up to 10 degrees Celsius compared to other concrete and brick buildings) due to the lower absorption of the sun and the evapotranspiration process that combats the so-called "heat island".

They help absorb rain and protect them in case of fire. They make the structure of the building more durable thanks to their insulation, since they avoid the effects produced by sudden changes in temperature.

They also minimize noise and light pollution, as green roofs and walls absorb noise and reflections.

From the technical department of CANTUESO Natural Seeds, we offer different compositions of wild seeds with native species selected for their high adaptability to the bioclimatic conditions of the Iberian Peninsula, and indicated for the naturalization of roofs of buildings and other constructions, and that favor air conditioning, thermal insulation, air regeneration, energy saving and promote biodiversity.

A line of design and production of mixtures with seeds of phyto-purifying water plants (macrophytes) where our company is a reference in Spain.

We produce seed mixtures with native species, which have been selected for use in biological water purification. In addition, they have a high ornamental component and naturalization of spaces, which makes them very suitable for the creation of biodiversity in wetlands and water gardens.

Innovative system, the result of a technological innovation project, INNOLIVARThe project consists of providing an integral solution to the problems of erosion and the appearance of streams and gullies in woody crops, using recycled concrete pieces, stackable (manually) for the creation of dikes, together with the planting of native vegetation covers.
