Technical Information

Planting information:

It has no dormancy and germinates well without any pretreatment, particularly fresh seed. However, if these seeds are subjected to temperatures well above the germination optimum (25-26ºC) and deprived of light, secondary inhibition occurs. If the temperature is higher than 35-40ºC their viability is destroyed.
They can be sown in spring or autumn, a stratification of 30-60 days at 1-5ºC is recommended.
