Dense bush with pubescent and grayish, arching and climbing stems, with long and thin shoots, very sought after by "asparagus growers". Slow germination after 2-3 months of cold stratification. Indifferent to soil.

It needs a double stratification, that is to say, two months with heat, at a temperature of 20-21 degrees, followed by two months of cold between 4 and 8 degrees, to later pass to 2 months of heat to other 20-21 degrees. With this treatment the germination will be of a 50%, approximately, since it is necessary to indicate that this species, even after making this treatment, will germinate more seeds little by little, until obtaining a percentage of 80%, approximately, it is a staggered germination.
