Hesperaloe parviflora

Perennial herb with narrow, leathery, arched, cintiform leaves with a fringe of white filiform hairs along their margins, growing in basal rosettes. They are olive-green to bluish in color turning to a bronze shade in the cold winter season. Inflorescences form from late spring to mid-summer on flowering branches up to 1.5 m high. The flowers, which are borne on the flowering branch itself, are tubular in shape, reddish pink with a golden yellow interior.
