Pulviniform shrub with long spiciform pink-blue inflorescences. Its leaves have a high content of essential oil for medicinal and cosmetic use. As culinary is appreciated for its flavor in meat marinade. It is a plant very resistant to drought and frost, grows spontaneously in high mountains and arid steppes. It is native and exclusive to Spain.
