Perennial, woody plant, up to 20 cm tall, erect to creeping. Stems with densely hairy indumentum, adpressed hairs. Leaves up to 10 x 1 mm, linear, ciliate at base, pubescent, spheroidal glands, margins revolute. Inflorescence in terminal heads. Bracts to 7 x 2.5 mm, linear-lanceolate, acuminate. Calyx to 5 mm long, tube with hairy indumentum, eglandular hairs and spheroidal glands, lower teeth ciliate, to 1.2 mm long. Corolla up to 5 mm long, bilabiate, white to purplish. Anthers purplish. Fruit in schizocarp. Nucules up to 1.2 mm.
