Planting information:

'- Blanch for 5 to 10 minutes or let stand in hot water for 24 hours until cool.
- Scarification, immersion in hot water, concentrated sulfuric acid or steam. Nurserymen prefer hot water immersion, either for 5-10 seconds in boiling water, or put the seeds in boiling water and let them cool for up to 24 hours. Germination of up to 70% is achieved in 15 days.
- Scarified in sulfuric acid for 60 minutes obtaining high germination percentages at 16 ºC (96%)'.
