Annual herbaceous plant that can reach 2 m in height. The leaves are petiolate, dark green on the upper side and whitish on the underside. The tendrils are simple, thanks to this the plant is attached to the support. The male flowers are arranged in clusters while the female flowers are in corymbs. It has 5 petals welded white petals with lilac lines and green background. The fruit is spherical, green in color that turns reddish when ripe.
