'- Guillomo seed has double durmancy, due to the hardness and impermeability of the seed coat and the conditions of the embryo.
- The recommended pre-germinative treatment for Cotoneaster genus is acid scarification followed by cold stratification (4 ºC) for 3-4 months to promote germination in spring.
- Direct sowing, without treatment, in autumn'.
