Junciform thermophilic shrub, indifferent to soil. Very exposed slopes and hillsides. Yellow flowers. Resistant to frost (10878 s/Kg). Indifferent to the type of soil (calcareous or siliceous). It lives well in sandy, stony, and even clayey soils if it has a good drainage. Very useful in environmental restoration, on dry and stony slopes, in gypsum soils.
