Technical Information

Planting information:

'-It presents lethargy and germinates very slowly and irregularly if not subjected to a previous treatment. There is very little data on treatments for this seed; stratification of the berries is recommended once ripe and they are sown in spring, but the results are not always satisfactory. Possibly it presents a double dormancy and then the most suitable treatment would be hot stratification (20ºC) for 1-2 months, followed by another cold stratification (2-4º C).'
