Annual plant with stems that reach 60 cm in height, simple or highly branched already from the base, pubescent in the basal part but glandular in the upper half. The leaves, opposite, entire, mucronate and not stipitate, are also pubescent. The flowers are gathered in inflorescences of monocarpic type, either one or several forming a kind of raceme, provided with bracts from linear to elliptic and longer than the pedicels of the flowers, which measure up to about 10 mm, are erect or patent and also glandular.
