Glebionis coronarium

porthole

SC02598

It is probably the most abundant "weed" in our fields. It forms monospecific communities in abandoned fields and slightly disturbed places. Its inflorescences are very characteristic: the central disc is yellow, the ligule is also yellow or partially cream colored. In some places the plants with yellow flowers predominate and in others those with white ligule flowers predominate.
